How It's Calculated
- The Navamsa chart is created by dividing each zodiac sign into nine equal parts, making each part 3° 20' long.
- These parts are numbered from 1 to 9, and each part corresponds to a different sign of the zodiac.
- The planet's position in the birth chart determines where it is placed in the Navamsa chart.
Interpretation
- If a planet is in a favorable position in the Navamsa chart, it strengthens the areas of life ruled by that planet. For example, if Venus (the planet of love and relationships) is well-placed in the Navamsa chart, it might suggest a harmonious and fulfilling marriage.
